Fill Template & Field Variables via API

Include variable names for template-level data (recipient name, recipient email, etc) and template placeholder (data field in a template to be filled by a user).

Variables would be programmatically populated by API to enable direct integrations, enabling third-party sequencing without the likes of Zapier, etc.
