When the document signing is completed and when we download the document, please make the certificate to be added as the last page in the same document instead of creating 2 documents to download. This is confusing the clients/ recipients of the agreement, and is also confusing to match a particular document with the signing certificate at some point when you have lot of documents. One document will give a clarity of the agreement along with the signing certificate which is easier for both the parties.
